In short: text messages from Prequalee are optional and informational. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

This Mobile Policy describes the Prequalee text message program. It applies only if you choose to opt in to text messages, and it works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

About the program

The Prequalee text message program sends recurring informational text messages. Messages may let you know when we publish a new guide or update an existing one, and may point you to educational content on prequalee.com. We will never use text messages to ask for passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is optional; you can sign up for email updates without it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Prequalee does not charge for its text messages. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also email info@prequalee.com and ask us to remove your number.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier, your device and your coverage.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it. The program is intended for adults with mobile numbers in the United States. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know so we can remove it.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Mobile Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
